What a year of one-project-at-a-time taught me.
Where it started
Most of my projects begin with a short call and a sheet of paper. The first sketch is never right, but it shows what matters.
What I do now
I keep the loop short: sketch, build a rough version in the browser, look at it on a real phone, then decide.
It is slower on day one and much faster by week three.
